When will my order be delivered?

Residential Deliveries:
If the recipient is unavailable to accept the delivery, you may request that the order be left with a neighbor. Please include the name and address of the neighbor in your delivery instructions at the time of order placement. Residential deliveries may be made as late as 7:00 PM. During peak holiday periods, deliveries may extend until 9:00 PM. All orders require a 24-hour advance notice for delivery. -
Business Deliveries:
Business deliveries will be made between mid-morning and 5:00 PM. If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery will be left with the front desk, security, or receptionist with instructions to refrigerate, if necessary. The Balloon Box is not responsible for any improperly handled gifts. If the business is closed, the delivery will be attempted on the next business day. For same-day orders to businesses, we may contact you to reschedule for another business day.
For delivery requests outside of our regular zones, please contact us for a personalized quote.
What if I would like further customization for my Balloon Box?
For additional customization options, including logos, images, or specific themes, please contact us directly. We offer a wide range of customization possibilities to ensure your Balloon Box is truly one-of-a-kind.
Do you accept corporate or centerpiece orders?
Yes, we specialize in corporate event gifts and centerpiece arrangements. We can incorporate business logos or custom phrases on the balloons for any event. Please reach out to us directly for further details and to fully personalize your order.
Are your flowers fresh?
Absolutely! All our flowers are fresh and in season. We source them from a local wholesale florist in Calgary to ensure the highest quality for every arrangement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Interac e-Transfer.
How can I place my order?
Orders can be placed directly on our website, through Instagram direct message, or by phone/email.
What if I would like a style from your Instagram page to be replicated?
We are happy to replicate any product featured on our Instagram page. Simply DM us or leave a note on the customization page with details about the desired design and message. We will create the arrangement exactly as shown, with your personal touch added.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Unfortunately, once an order has been delivered or is in transit, we cannot accommodate any changes or cancellations.
